# Terms of Use — Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker

These terms are an agreement between you and Dimitrios Tragas (\"2pensmedia Inc.\", \"we\"). By downloading or using Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker, you agree to them.
## License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to Apple\'s or Google\'s standard terms.
## Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. Where Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker offers promotions, drawings, or prize features, those are governed by their own official rules shown in the app, may impose higher age limits (such as 18+), are void where prohibited, and never require a purchase to enter unless the official rules state otherwise.
## Purchases & Virtual Items
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund policies. Virtual items (coins, credits, boosts, cosmetics) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or discontinued as part of normal game balancing and updates.
## Fair Use
You agree not to: cheat, automate, or script gameplay; exploit bugs; use bots, emulators, VPNs, or multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or promotions; reverse-engineer the app; or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access, including forfeiting promotional eligibility, for violations of these rules.
## Intellectual Property
Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker, including its code, artwork, and content, belongs to 2pensmedia Inc. or its licensors. These terms don\'t give you any ownership in it.
## Disclaimers
Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker is provided \"as is\" and \"as available,\" without warranties of any kind. We don\'t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
## Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2pensmedia Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
## Changes & Termination
We may update these terms or discontinue Ad Revenue Dashboard & Tracker; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting it ends your license.
